No-show policy
This event follows the FWO No-show Policy.
To prevent food waste and ensure everyone has a fair chance to attend, we kindly ask registered participants to inform us at info@vscentrum.be if they are unable to attend. Please notify us no later than one week before the event so we can offer your place to someone on the waiting list.
In case of late cancellation without a valid reason or a no-show, a fee of €25 may be charged.
