The GlobusWorld Tour

Globus is a research data management service developed by the University of Chicago, and used by thousands of researchers at institutions in the US and abroad. It is also used at the VSC sites.

It is used to transfer and share large volumes of data in a reliable way within or across institutions.

Globus is presenting a series of workshops, targeted at researchers looking to use Globus for data management, system administrators who have deployed (or are planning to deploy) Globus at their institution, and developers building applications for research.
