About the Event
The event will take place on October 8th 2024 from 10:00 to 18:30 in the Thermotechnical Institute in Heverlee.
Registration is free but mandatory.
With the ManGO User Day we want to bring together current and future ManGO users for a fruitful exchange of inspiring experiences and plans
in order to strengthen the Research Data Management efforts across the various research projects at KU Leuven.
The ManGO User Day consists of two parts: a technical morning session on the various tools we offer for Research Data Management (RDM) and an afternoon session on use cases.
- In the technical morning session, members of the ICTS RDM team will present a deep (interactive) dive of the tools we offer to manage your Active Research Data in the ManGO platform.
This will also include new initiatives around automation of data ingestion and data workflows.
- After lunch, the past, present and future of the ManGO platform will be presented, followed by a series of talks where researchers will present how ManGO is helping them to manage their research data
for projects in various domains such as computational research, bio imaging, engineering, medicine and much more!
You can subscribe for both sessions, but they can also be followed independently.
We end the day with time for drinks and networking.
