Over the next few weeks, we will gradually adapt all clusters to work with the Slurm job scheduler instead of Torque. We will adapt one cluster at a time.
- phanpy - 18 February 2019 (done)
- swalot - 18 March 2019 (in progress)
- golett - 25 March 2019
- delcatty - 23 April 2019
Please take into account that after a cluster has been moved to Slurm, jobs that were submitted before the specified date are not visible anymore via 'qstat'. These jobs will still be processed however, since half of the cluster will remain on the old setup (Torque resource manager) until all submitted jobs have been processed. Jobs that are submitted after the specified dates will be processed by Slurm, and are included in the "qstat" output. In case of questions or problems related to this, please don't hesitate to contact email@example.com.
